Part‑Time Behavior Health Technician
Location:
Brooklyn, NY. Pay: $18–19 per hour. You will work onsite, assisting residents in a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain safe and efficient operations of the residential facility.
- Monitor residents and ensure compliance with Department of Labor, OASAS, and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with program support staffing and facility maintenance to meet quality standards.
- Support residents in a secure environment, fostering positive behavioral change.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential programs or mental‑health/substance‑use settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate empathetically with residents and families.
- Proficiency with software tools for tracking compliance, documentation, and resident data.
- Problem‑solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
