We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is an In-Office position.

• Coordinate appointments, tests, and procedures, ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment plans and updates to patients.
• Coordinate with external laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient education materials and resources.
• Address patient inquiries, resolving concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

• Previous experience in medical office duties
• MUST BE BILINGUAL- SPANISH SPEAKING
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
• Knowledge of GYN care a plus
