Location: New York
Essen Health Care is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) Therapist to provide onsite behavioral health services in a fast-paced integrated care setting. This role involves conducting behavioral health screenings, crisis intervention, and brief evidence-based interventions.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in social work or counseling and possess active state licensure. Experience in integrated behavioral health and strong interpersonal skills are highly preferred. This position is 100% onsite, located in one of our Bronx Treatment Center locations.
