We are seeking skilled and compassionate Sleep Technologists and Technicians to play a vital role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders by conducting overnight studies, monitoring patients, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Review orders, medications, and medical history for pending sleep studies; assess documentation; determine parameters and communicate with physicians.
• Perform pre‑test set‑up of equipment, supplies, and forms.
• Conduct computer calibration and patient bio‑calibrations for each study.
• Ensure confirmation calls are made.
• Provide pre‑testing instructions and demonstrations to patients and assure completion of forms.
• Perform sleep study per protocol and recognize and correct problems in a timely fashion.
• Administer PAP and supplemental oxygen as directed.
• Clean and store equipment and answer questions after the study is complete.
• Complete charts, score sleep studies, and maintain a clean area.

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist.
• One year of experience performing sleep studies.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Licensed by NYS Board of Education.

USD $39.71 – $40.25 per hour.
