Duties:
Support virtual patient care and remote monitoring activities
Monitor patients for safety, behavior, and clinical needs and elevate concerns to clinical teams
Assist with telehealth services
, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on time
Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and technical partners to support telehealth operations
Perform case triaging and assignment for virtual monitoring
Maintain and track telehealth program data, performance metrics, and reports
Conduct quality assurance reviews and recommend process improvements
Identify trends and support corrective action plans
Provide training and support to staff on telehealth workflows and systems
