Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p
BLS required
Patient load per day: 25-35 ppd
Must have recent EPIC experience
Must have 3 years of recent experience
NY license in hand
1 support staff LPN RN MA for every 12 patients.

Notes:
Patient volumes typically 25-35 per day open to flexible scheduling APP would help support Clifton Springs primarily.

NY License in Hand
Epic Experience Required
Must be Board Certified
Ensure that the work history is up to date
Ensure there are no gaps of 30 days
If malpractice is involved dismissed or not we need a physician statement
