We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled School-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy, consultation, and evaluation services in public and private schools throughout NYC. You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and have access to ongoing professional development and on-the-job mentorship.

In this school-based position, we encourage and train our therapists to think outside the box — to go beyond traditional school-based therapy by bringing the creativity and quality of private practice into the educational environment. You’ll work in schools, but won’t be limited by the typical “school therapy” mindset. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping kids thrive through movement, play, and functional skill-building — not just handwriting drills.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Active New York State OT License
• Pediatric experience required (including sensory integration, handwriting, and self-regulation strategies)
• Creative, motivated, disciplined, and confident working independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
