Job Type: Full‑time (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday). Schedule includes early shifts on Mon, Wed, and Fri (8‑hour shifts with flexible start times) and late days on Tue and Thu (flexible start times with coverage until 6–7 PM); schedule is partially flexible and will be reviewed further during the interview process.

Responsibilities
  • Apply your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice).
  • Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
  • CPR and first aid certification required.
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with prior clinical experience in any setting, with demonstrated experience treating both adult and pediatric populations; no new grads.
Compensation

$90K – $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
