Schedule ambulatory surgeries and procedures and follow-up appointments for patients;
Obtain pre-authorizations for procedures and diagnostic tests from insurance carriers;
Verify patient demographics and record reservations and pre-admit data;
Arrange patient pre-testing and obtain patient medical clearance;
Serve as a liaison between referring physicians and surgeons for scheduling and communication of clinical data
