Mount Sinai - 5 East 98th Street - Responsibilities:
Assists in patient care responsibilities such as venipuncture and/or EKGs, checking schedules and organizing patient flow; accompanying patients to exam/procedure room and assisting with walking, transferring and dressing;
Completes clerical responsibilities such as sending/receiving patient medical records and obtaining lab/x-ray reports;
Enters orders into the EMR system and prepares prescription refill requests for physician review;
Maintains inventory and restocks medical supplies;
Sets up examination rooms and instruments following sterilization and infection control policies
