Clinical Dietitian needed ASAP for 13 weeks.

• Minimal one year of experience required.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• For Post‑Acute locations:
  New York State Certification, issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) as a “Dietitian‑Nutritionist.”
• For Acute locations:
  Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian.
• Primary Source Verification – Required.
• Graduate from an accredited college/university with a degree in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition.
• AHA BLS – preferred.
• Master’s degree – preferred.
• SSN Required.
• DOB Required.
• Work History:
  Should not be more than 30 days gap in entire work history.
• References: 1 reference in entire work history.
• Special Note for Dietitians assigned to Post‑Acute Care (Long‑Term Care) facility:
  Under the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, Reform of Requirements for Long‑Term Care Facilities, all newly‑hired Dietitians assigned to a Post‑Acute Care facility are required to have New York State Certification, issued by NYSED, as a “Dietitian‑Nutritionist” at the time of hire.
