Salary: $70k+/year based on experience
LaSante Health Center is seeking a Certified Nutritionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized nutrition counseling to help patients achieve their health goals, manage chronic conditions, and promote overall wellness.
Responsibilities- Assess and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
- Educate patients on healthy eating, disease prevention, and weight management.
- Support chronic disease management through nutrition.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
- Lead nutrition workshops and stay updated on nutrition trends.
- Maintain accurate patient records and provide food security resources.
- Certified Nutritionist or Dietitian
- Prior healthcare or clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
