Sunday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team in a full-time, in-office virtual care role
. Based in our Prospect Lefferts Gardens office, you will provide virtual urgent care consultations to patients, delivering timely, high-quality care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys managing a wide variety of acute care cases while working a consistent full-time evening schedule. The ideal candidate is confident practicing independently, has strong clinical judgment, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

An active Medicaid r is required.

• Conduct virtual urgent care consultations from the office.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients on their conditions, medications, and follow-up care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction.

• Active New York State Physician Assistant license.
• Active Medicaid r (required).
• Experience in urgent care, primary care, family medicine, or emergency medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced virtual care environment.
