Environmental Services Technician (EVS)

Rome Health is seeking dependable and motivated Environmental Services Technicians to join our team. We currently have a variety of shifts available, including both full-time and per diem opportunities
.

In this important role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff throughout our facilities. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and want to make a meaningful difference in healthcare, we encourage you to apply.

• Perform routine daily cleaning and sanitation of patient care areas, offices, hallways, and common spaces
• Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies
• Use tools such as mops, buckets and wringers, vacuums, dusters, brushes, scrapers, pull carts, ladders, and other environmental services equipment
• Follow established safety, infection prevention, and cleaning procedures
• Support a clean and comfortable environment that promotes exceptional patient care

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting is preferred, but not required
• Training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
