Location: New York

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinical and administrative operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

The Healthcare Administrator will collaborate with physicians, nurses, department managers, and executive leadership to improve patient care, optimize operational efficiency, and manage healthcare resources effectively. This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills to support organizational growth and patient satisfaction.

The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, patient services, healthcare technology implementation, and strategic planning. They will also monitor operational performance, evaluate healthcare programs, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
