• Assess residents and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, effective speech, language, and swallowing therapy
• Organize audiometric screenings and referrals as necessary
• Collaborate with care teams and families to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and Medicare documentation
• Attend care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
• Deliver in-service education for staff and contribute to program enhancement
• Uphold safety standards and provide care with respect and compassion

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS)
• Active NYS SLP license and ASHA CCC certification
• Excellent communication skills and professional maturity
• Team-oriented mentality and dedication to clinical excellence
