Occupational Therapist (OT) – Weekend Position
We are recruiting a weekend Occupational Therapist (OT) for the Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing located in Staten Island, New York. Our team provides rehabilitation services in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
Responsibilities- Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop appropriate rehabilitation plans.
- Relieve residents’ pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy, and stretching.
- Assist residents through tasks and monitor their performance.
- Supervise the activities of therapy assistants.
- Maintain resident confidence and protect the facility by keeping information confidential.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members and contribute to team effort.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current New York State OT License.
