Description

We are seeking a motivated Community Liaison to build relationships and expand our presence across NY and NJ. This role focuses on connecting with care managers, schools, and community partners to increase referrals and support families in accessing ABA services.

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Community Liaison to build strong connections between our agency and the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, enjoys being out in the field, and is passionate about connecting families with high-quality ABA services. The Community Liaison will play a key role in expanding our referral network by developing relationships with care managers, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations across NY and NJ.

This position would be a hybrid role - Three days of traveling throughout different boroughs and two days in office. (Bilingual a plus)

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with care managers, school staff, clinicians, and community partners
  • Attend and represent the agency at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Conduct outreach to increase referrals and community awareness of services
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external partners and referral sources
  • Educate community stakeholders on our ABA services and programs
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for partnerships and collaboration
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain organized records of contacts and leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth intake and onboarding of referred clients
  • Support initiatives aimed at bringing new clients into the agency
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Outreach, admissions, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout NY & NJ
  • Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven
  • Valid driver’s license required
