Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) – Sigma Health Rehab
Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

- Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy & stretching

- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
