- Monday - Thursday (11-8PM) is preferred
- All ages (5 and up)- Evaluations: 1 hour
- Medication Management: 15 mins
Requirements - Must be able to prescribe solo
- Must be onsite
- Must be fully vaccinate
- Medicare & NY Medicaid Required
