Are you interested in healthcare and considering a career in physical therapy? We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Aide to support our Doctors of Physical Therapy in a non-clinical, administrative role. This part-time position offers the chance to learn the inner workings of a growing physical therapy practice, be part of an incredible team culture, while gaining valuable experience, making it a perfect stepping stone if you're considering a future in physical therapy or healthcare.

• Support physical therapists by setting up equipment and treatment areas (without direct patient treatment).
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and functioning properly.
• Assist with patient scheduling and administrative duties to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
• Assist in Wellness Tasks initiatives such as Group Fitness Classes, Wellness events, etc

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is a plus, but not required.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 pounds).
• U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
