summit home care is a nys licensed home care agency that services all 5 boroughs of nyc and long island. We currently have adult and pediatric patients in manhattan that need exceptional,compassionate, and reliable home health aides!
you can choose what days & shifts you want to work

- daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
- assist with the daily living activities per the plan of care
- monitor patients and report on their condition
- help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
- accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
- must have new york state home health aide certificate
- government issued , social security card & work authorization, if needed
- 2 reference letters
- recent physical
- tb screening (quantiferon preferred)
- rubella & rubeola titer lab work
