you can choose what days & shifts you want to work

• new bonus *** - if you complete our electronic application completely and view our orientation videos online, then you will receive a $50 bonus with your first paycheck after you have begun working for summit.

• daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• assist with the daily living activities per the plan of care
• monitor patients and report on their condition
• help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands

• must have new york state home health aide certificate
• government issued , social security card & work authorization, if needed
• 2 reference letters
• recent physical
• tb screening (quantiferon preferred)
• rubella & rubeola titer lab work
