Job Title
Histotechnologist – Pathology (Full-Time)
Location & ShiftFlushing, New York | Day shift (Tuesday – Saturday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm)
CompanyThe Pathology and Clinical Laboratories Department at New York-Presbyterian Queens
Responsibilities- Accessions of specimens
- Grossing, embedding, cutting, staining, cover slipping, labeling, and distribution using state‑of‑the‑art equipment
- Perform routine histology procedures and special staining as required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- New York State License – Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Histotechnologist, or Clinical Laboratory Technician
- At least one year experience in Histology
- Experience with special staining procedures
$94,400 – $118,000 per year
