Arts and Crafts Inventory Specialist

We provide services, research and education, and advocate to help people with low vision and blindness. Our vision is a world in which no person is limited by their visual capacity.

Guild Care is New York State’s only Adult Day Health Care program that specializes in supporting seniors with visual impairment. The program provides them with therapeutic activities, vision rehabilitation services, and opportunities for social interaction.

We are currently looking for an Arts and Crafts Inventory Specialist to assist in our Adult Day Health Care program in Guild Care. The Inventory Specialist will support Guild Care’s programming by providing an accurate and complete account of their arts and crafts supplies.

• This will be a temporary opportunity, lasting 1 – 2 months or whenever the project is completed
  .
• Days and times: Days dependent on your availability, 12pm – 3pm.

• Count and organize arts and crafts materials.
• Record the type and quantity of items found in storage in Microsoft Excel.
• Dispose of any unusable materials.

• Proficient in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
