As a Dietary Aide at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities Serve meals in accordance with established portion control procedures

Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties

Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc. as instructed

Assist cook in preparing meals

Distribute and collect menus as necessary

Prepare and dispose of food and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines

Ensure that food and supplies for meals are readily available

Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary

Dietary Aide Requirements High school diploma or its equivalent COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred Previous  experience in long-term care
