Licensed Master Social Worker – Outpatient Children's Behavioral Health

• Provide therapy services to adults and children/adolescents in an integrated setting within our Primary Care Centers
• Involve referrals and collaboration with primary care practitioners
• Provide training and supervision to interns and other mental health staff as delegated

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling
• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York
• Experience with children and youth is strongly preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in providing therapy services to diverse populations, including adults and children, while collaborating with primary care practitioners. Holds relevant licensure and offers training and supervision to mental health staff.
