Licensed Master Social Worker – Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health

• Provides evaluation and individual/group therapy within Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
• Responsible for providing intensive casework, assessment, intervention and referral services to patients and/or their families
• Emphasis is placed on providing for patient's social needs, exercising initiative and independent judgement based upon professional knowledge, experience and hospital policy
• Liaison to other services along the continuum of care and community support services

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling
• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York

Demonstrates expertise in providing evaluation and therapy in an Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health setting, with a strong focus on intensive casework, assessment, and intervention services. Holds relevant licensure and applies professional knowledge to meet patients' social needs effectively.
