As a Behavior Analyst/Consultant
, you and your colleagues at Anderson Center Consulting and Training (ACCT) will equip individuals and families, businesses, organizations, schools, hospitals, first responders, and other entities with tools that transform experiences for loved ones, colleagues, clients, neighbors, and students with autism.
Through training and consultation programs rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll do the fulfilling work of educating and enlightening people from all walks of life on autism and neurodiversity—advancing our cause as you empower others to do the same.
What You Will Do as a Behavior Analyst/Consultant:- You will deliver evidence‑informed training and consultation (both in‑person and virtually) on a range of relevant topics to individuals and groups across diverse settings.
- You will conduct assessments, develop reports and intervention plans, analyze data, lead educational sessions/workshops, and offer actionable guidance.
- You will support implementation of programs designed to carry out strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- You will help those seeking Autism Supportive Designation make their vision a reality, potentially inspiring and motivating others in their circles to do the same.
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts on complex cases, clarify community trends and needs so as to help build a framework for service delivery, and work to improve outcomes.
- You will participate in outreach activities, building positive relationships during events and meetings with schools and agencies.
- You will get to brainstorm ideas and offer insights as innovative new products, services, and professional growth opportunities are developed and launched.
- You will enjoy unique personal and professional growth experiences as you represent ACCT at conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements in the region. You may even have opportunities to travel to other parts of the country or the world to elevate our cause.
- You will also provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Specialists pursuing BCBA certification; you will need to maintain all required certifications and licensure.

- Breadth and depth of experience and knowledge on the topics of autism and neurodiversity, as well as the ongoing pursuit of knowledge on evolving research and the application of best practices.
- Competency in crafting comprehensive, data‑driven, outcome‑oriented plans and reports.
- Proven success in training, curriculum development, and/or public speaking—both in‑person and via virtual platforms.
- Empathy, integrity, versatility, strong interpersonal skills, along with an ability to communicate with clarity, patience, and confidence.
- Strong assessment, program design, and writing capabilities.
- Warmth, approachability, and a willingness to accept constructive feedback, using it to hone your skills.
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication, assessment, public speaking, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven success conducting in‑person and/or telehealth/virtual training and consultation.
- Experience working both independently and in collaborative environments.
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Meet all documentation and reporting deadlines, adjusting work hours as needed to meet contract requirements.
- Complete all required agency training and provide internal training or consultation when requested.
