Our client is seeking a Full-Time Lab Supervisor for their Pathology Lab! 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday – Friday with alternating Saturdays (will be off following Mondays). Pay Range based on experience: $100,000-$120,000.
Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of the laboratory on a day-to-day basis, per shift, to ensure the highest quality of patient care while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 6 years of bench experience as CLT required (2 years could be substituted for a Master's degree in Science or Arts).
- NYS DOE Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required.
- ASCP registration or equivalent desirable.
- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.
- 403B with 8% match of salary.
- Generous vacation time.
