Licensed Massage Therapist - Luxury Spa

As we expand into our new space, we are looking for an experienced New York State Licensed Massage Therapist to help launch and grow our massage department. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, polished professional who enjoys working independently, building strong client relationships, and delivering a luxury-level experience from beginning to end.

• Perform customized massage treatments based on each client’s needs.
• Offer Swedish, sports, prenatal, and lymphatic drainage massage.
• Provide a warm, professional, and elevated client experience.
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations and ongoing maintenance.
• Build strong client retention through thoughtful rebooking and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully prepared treatment room.
• Follow all sanitation, documentation, and spa protocols.
• Collaborate with the front desk and spa team to support a seamless client experience.

• Current New York State Massage Therapy License required.
• Professional experience in massage therapy.
• Training and confidence in lymphatic drainage, Swedish, sports, and prenatal massage.
• Experience working in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong client retention and rebooking skills.
• Polished communication and bedside manner.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable helping establish and grow a new massage department.
• Weekend and evening availability is a must.
