Assist patients with ADLs including morning and evening care and hygiene, and help prepare rooms and beds for new admissions or transfers.;
Answer call bells promptly and stock rooms and carts to support nursing staff.;
Obtain vital signs and blood glucose readings and document findings in EMR/Point Click Care .;
Assist with meal preparation and nourishment and monitor patient intake.;
Respect patient privacy and confidentiality and promote quality of life.
