Contract Duration
: 13 weeks + probable extension

• Prepare patients for EEG procedures by explaining the testing process.
• Apply EEG electrodes according to established protocols.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain EEG equipment.
• Identify and record EEG tracings accurately.
• Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Follow hospital policies and safety standards during all procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as an EEG Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Certificate of Completion from an ABRET-recognized EEG training program.
• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited EEG program (may substitute for the required experience).

• Minimum 1 year of EEG Technologist experience.
• Knowledge of EEG procedures and equipment.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• EEG Certification
