Licensed Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize patient’s outcome toward recovery
• Provide continuing assessment of progress through re-evaluations and activities of daily living (ADL) forms
• Provide necessary modifications for prompt progression
• Provide safe, innovative, and individualized modalities
• Educate the patient on an individualized home exercise program (HEP)
• Work with Physical Therapist Aides (PTA) and other staff
• Educate patients on precautions and contraindications

• NY Physical Therapy License
  :
  One year experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
