Meadow Park Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. We are looking for a motivated therapist who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.
The OT will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, provide occupational therapy services, and collaborate with the rehab and nursing staff while maintaining accurate documentation.
