Position Summary

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence while fostering a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
Leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare management
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with budgeting, operations, and staff development preferred
