NPHire in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced NP or PA (AGACNP, FNP, or AGPCNP) to deliver high-acuity acute care directly in patients' homes. This field-based role takes ED, inpatient, or post-acute clinical skills into the community, performing hands-on interventions, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and building holistic care plans for some of the most vulnerable patients in New York.
Three 12-hour shifts per week means four full days off every week, and a sign-on bonus rounds out
