Maplewood Senior Living - 1802 Second Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service to residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors;
Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility;
Assists with continence management and instrumental activities of daily living such as meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and bed making;
Assists with self-administration of medication;
Maintains resident records and completes logs and reports in a timely manner
