Maplewood Senior Living - 1802 Second Avenue - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility;
Assist with continence management and instrumental activities of daily living such as meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and bed making;
Assist residents with medications self-administration as needed; accompany residents to medical appointments and other destinations as necessary;
Maintain resident records and report changes to supervising nurse or manager; participate in life enrichment and safety procedures
