Travel Vascular Technologist
Role: Conducts vascular ultrasound exams to evaluate blood flow and identify vascular abnormalities, supporting physicians with accurate imaging in various clinical settings.
Responsibilities- Perform carotid, arterial, venous, and abdominal ultrasound studies using Doppler technology.
- Explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and proper positioning.
- Identify, document, and communicate normal and abnormal findings.
- Maintain equipment, calibrate ultrasound machines, and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and support a clean environment.
- Keep accurate records and ensure quality imaging.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Vascular Technologist.
- Current BLS certification; RVT, RVS, or ARDMS certification preferred.
- Possibly required state licensure.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and technical skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
