We have an amazing opportunity for a Clinician I at our Bath NY location!
This is a full time position (40 hours) Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm / evenings as needed.
As a Hillside Clinician, you will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of quality mental health care to the youth and families that we serve. This program works with youth in residential care (adolescent males ages 12-18). You will work on a team, assessing a young person and their family's needs, while developing, evaluating and modifying the individual service plan in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team in partnership with the young person and their family.
Responsibilities:- Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families
- Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, within a variety of settings, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials
- Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff
- Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
- Must be licensed eligible and have a limited permit upon hire if applicable based on clinical degree
- Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards
- Experience in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy preferred.
$58,500 Minimum pay rate, $75,570 Maximum pay rate, based on experience.
