Job Description
Summary:
Plans, implements, renders and evaluates physical therapy services in the home care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
Education And Credentials
Responsibilities:
Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy. Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in NYS. Valid NYS drivers license.

Salary Range: $ 40.80 - $50.90 Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
