Compensation
Non-Driver Rates
- PCA: $18.65 per hour
- HHA: $20.50 per hour
Driver with Reliable Vehicle Rates
- PCA: $20.00 per hour
- HHA: $22.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus/Referral Bonus
$300 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new hires. Must take a case and remain active for 30 days

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Provide support with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment, including wheelchairs, oxygen equipment, side rails, and other assistive devices
- Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures
- Report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor promptly
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client information and records
- Adhere to agency dress code, personal hygiene standards, and professional conduct expectations
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to quality care
- Participate in supervisory and care team processes as required by New York State regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
Qualifications
- PCA or HHA certification preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates welcome to apply
