Physical Therapy Aide ​/ Personal Trainer

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and energetic Physical Therapy Aide / Personal Trainer to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about fitness and rehabilitation who is eager to learn and grow within a clinical setting.

We are a busy, well-established physical therapy clinic in Chelsea dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitative and wellness care. Our environment is supportive, professional, and fitness-forward, with a team of experienced physical therapists and trainers.

• Assist physical therapists in providing care and guiding patients through prescribed exercises
• Set up and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies
• Provide one-on-one attention to patients as directed by the therapist
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym and clinic space
• Help track and document patient progress
• Engage patients with encouragement, professionalism, and compassion
• Support front desk daily with administrative duties
• Contribute to creative social media content and writing (a plus)

• Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) or relevant degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field
• Previous experience as a PT aide or fitness trainer strongly preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, dependable, and organized
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as collaboratively
