6AM City, LLC is seeking a Social Worker - LCSW for our Services division in College Point, NY. The role coordinates outpatient and inpatient mental health and substance abuse services for a 200+ bed women’s shelter, reporting to the Program Director.
A COVID‑19 vaccination proof is required. The LCSW will lead weekly workshops, assess psychosocial needs, and develop tailored treatment plans, while collaborating with community resources and staff.
