Earn a sign-on bonus in the amount of $22,500 (eligibility requirements apply)

Candidates must be available for the Hornell, Corning and Geneseo locations.

What You'll Do

* Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns while showing empathy with sensitive situations

* Strive to exceed expectations and provide alternative solutions to problems

* Provide counseling on prescriptions, relaying pertinent information for success and confidence with at-home use of medication

* Perform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products

* Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, and seek continuous improvement opportunities

* Remain current on company wellness initiatives, demonstrating your support to your team and the store as a whole

* Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, following all company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures

* Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business

Requirements

* Pharmacist State License (may require licensing in multiple states)

* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree

* Certified Pharmacist Immunizer

* AED, CPR certified

* Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Certified in a disease state
