Position: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Location: Kingston, New York 12401

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $1,824 to $1,999 per week

• Conduct patient evaluations
• Design personalized rehabilitation programs
• Work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals
• Use state‑of‑the‑art therapeutic equipment and advanced techniques

• Licensed physical therapist in New York
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Up‑to‑date vaccinations, including influenza and COVID‑19
• At least one year of outpatient (OP) experience
• Minimum of one reference in entire work history

• Specialized certifications in sports therapy, geriatric care, or similar
• Additional experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic devices
• Travel experience and flexibility for travel assignments
