Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) – Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As an LMSW, you will work a flexible schedule that meets your needs while making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Our organization provides pediatric therapy services—including ABA, speech, occupational, social work, physical therapy, and special education/SEIT—across homes, community, and clinic settings for children and families throughout the New York metropolitan area and beyond.
Wage:
Hourly $55.00–$80.00

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth–3) in their most natural environment.
- Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over.
- Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
- Follow the unique therapy plan established for each family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
- Prepare progress reports as indicated.
- Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York.
- 1–2 years of experience working with children born–5 is preferred but not necessary.
- Self‑motivated, team player with patience and professionalism.
- Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, and/or using public transportation.
- Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time.
