Registered Dietitian

Seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive clinical nutrition services across multiple healthcare settings, including long-term care, hospital, and outpatient programs. This temporary assignment offers an opportunity to support patient care and collaborative healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical nutrition services to residents, outpatients, and hospital patients in various departments.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and food service staff to develop and implement nutritional care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards including The Joint Commission, NY State Department of Health, and CMS.
• Support food service operations by providing clinical guidance and ensuring proper nutritional practices.
• Float to different locations as needed for coverage, including vacation or special coverage requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold current registered dietitian certification.
• Possess a master's degree in dietetics, nutrition, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrate clinical experience in long-term care and hospital settings.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to varied clinical environments and regulatory standards.
