1st Choice & is hiring a CAS Assessor to support IDD services in New York. You will conduct person-centered CAS assessments in homes and communities, travel across the assigned region, and contribute to care planning through thorough documentation.
Must have a Bachelor's in human services with at least 1 year of IDD assessment experience; CAS experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and a NYS driver’s license is required.
