Registered Behavior Technician RBT (ABA)

We make sure to pair with a client in your area

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT (ABA), you will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, or a related field)
• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Part-time availability (hours will vary)
